So the business trip is on again after a day they decided to cancel. Due to the business needs, I can't say much but to proceed with the plans.
I got another 2 days to prepare all of my goodies that I have dumped on the last weekend in my giant-red-suitcase blindly which up till today I haven't revisit yet what should and shouldn't I bring along. To be blunt, ever since, I am not good in packing. Not specifically when travelling, but each time going out with my Ellie, absolutely I will forget this and that up till today which Ellie is about to turn 3 years old! I kept on reminding myself that I should have a checklist but it's never happen so far.
The only thing that already confirmed to be packed and already did- my Ellie
Workload...hmm...this is crucial.. You see, I have piles of workloads which is never ending. They have hire my replacement and transitions are all done within 2 days (woho0!). Even I have managed to list down the process flow formally to the new colleague to refer when I'm away. Yes that was fast indeed!~
On the other hand, I have started to flair sourcing for other regions out of North pole. The expectation on the talents are much more higher concurrently with the compensations. Much more challenging demands compared to the current situations that i have. Guess I need to be super creative on promoting as well as convincing them. Need to workout on my interpersonal skills as well!~Over heard from one of my colleagues which was already there since new year, the hiring is crazee.gaaa~

I will be off this weekend and uncertain on when I will be back to my hometown. I will, in between, but it will be months ahead. Not sure what my life would be in the new place, but I really do looking forward for it.
