Hip Hip Hoorey!

Thursday, July 12th, 2012 at 6:00 PM
After a week of waiting, at last Ellie being discharged from the hospital.
Alhamdulillah!

I was engaged with the company's function when my father called me and informed Ellie can be discharged.
Finished up the duty as fast as I can then shoot back to the hospital which the journey was almost an hour.

The moment she saw me, she gave me from ear to ear beam and in an enjoy tone "Yeay!Yeay! Boleh Balik!"
Such a relief after a week being admitted.

Immediately after that, I brought her to the lab for the nurse to take out the drip needle (I don't know what did they called that)

See.. So obvious right?
Ellie with one of the staff nurse

The nurse charily remove the bandage

Smiling still .. :D

Snip Snip

Removing the drip needle......
This part I was very nervous and hoping Ellie wont cry.

And this was her reaction

Very much True

Mate..

As the age grew older, so the vision is.

Yes, my vision is blurry.
It is not everyday, just sometimes..
But it gets frequent lately

With this On and off blurry vision, enough to irritate me much.
Especially when I am driving, rushing home/ anywhere for something urgent.

So I went to check, and the power-dim was not as high as my other family members and friends.
Guess it's time to wear spectacles~
Felt odd every time I put it on (not kewl  - no offense)
I don't plan to put on everyday, just occasionally - when I really need it

Pulak dahhhh..

At 11:00 AM
Wake her up and managed to entice her to drink 4oz of Milo.
Little but better than nothing.

While changing her nappy and clothes, here what I've found

Fever rashes

Guess it's no chance for her to be discharged today :(

So brought her downstairs for fresh air.
And look what she made me to buy

A pizza set!
(haih...macam2 noooo)

Updates on her condition.

Since she's having the yoyo fever, so her condition is like a yoyo too.

Currently she got appetite no more.
Just depending on the drip
Makes me sad as a week before she fell sick, she just started to ask to eat this and that.
(She don't like eating, just loves her chocolate milk solely)

Sunday, 8-8-'12 at 8:00 AM
As usual, I woke her up for medicine and to have some breakfast.
After checked on her, and her whole body a bit warmed not like usual.
So first reading I'm getting as per below.

So swiftly I called the nurse and she did her checking and the reading went further up.
Between 5 minutes her temperature shoot up to 38.2 °C.
Since medicine is no more her fav, so again they gave her the rectal paracetamol.
And the temperature slowly reduced little by little.
Alhamdulillah

Around near to an hour I can see her bright beam already :D
I asked the nurse to stop for a while the drip so I can bring her for a fresh air.
Brought her to the indoor playground too.
No slide, no climb here and there.
Playing puzzle is all that she can do

Monday, 9-7-'12 at 8:57 AM
Still sleeping
Baby girl...wake up darling...

Ubat berderet dok tunggu ooooiiiiii.....

Aleesya..

Last night, around 11 at night, the bed beside Ellie's admit a new sick child.
Same case for having fever etc..
Some similarities between them..
1) She is a girl
2) Her name is Aleesya too!
3) When comes to medicine, the nurses and the mother have to struggle to make her swallow.
hehe.. and those guys that sent breakfast just now getting confused already. The nurses too. Luckily Ellie's name is a bit longer. hehe ;P

YoYo Fever gO aWaY ~

Such a sadden feelings seeing El's current condition for having a yoyo high fever due to viral infection.
She was under the weather since Wednesday a.m.
And here we are, in the hospital.
But this time is GH no more.

Why not GH?

Well, GH is very good and famous for having piles of snobbish doctors and pretend I-am-a-sweet-nurse-but-at-the-back-I-will-make-face-to-you-of-course.
Regardless they are experienced doctors or on training doctors, all are snobby. Perasan!~
Hello!your salary are all from our tax's deductions, okeyI Stupid attitude from the majority of government staffs. Bloody Hell!~

It's been 2 times Ellie has been warded at the GH. We have to face their annoying attitudes which I wish I could MAKI right to their face.
But when looking at El's condition I decided to shut up.
We have lost our trusts towards the GH.

So here we are now at Pantai Specialist.
An A class of treatment both from the doctors and the nurses.
Thumb's up!~

So the recent case, Ellie has her fever since Wednesday around 38°C++ and kept on increasing.
At first I brought her to the child specialist nearby but for 2 days no improvement.
The yoyo fever is really concerned me so much.
So at around 3 AM, as usual I woke up to give her some medicine. When I touch her, it was very hot so I've checked her temperature with the digital thermometer which much more precise. So the reading was 39.7°C enough to alarm me at the wee hours.
Faster packed all of the things and speed to the emergency.
The reading was still 39 °C and she was very feeble even her face all red due the temperature was very high.

Best part was, the doctor and nurses immediately attend to her while at the GH minimally we have to wait around 2 hours! The first time she was having her diarrhea and while waited to be assisted, I have to change her diapers for 4-5 times.
The second time, she vomited every 15-30 minutes for 5hours at home and we have to wait for 2 hours. Luckily I have brought along plastic bag.

Friday, 6-7-'12 at 5:30 AM...
At the emergency ward while waiting to be admitted to the pediatric ward.
She don't cry when they insert the water drip to her.
Ibu proud of you, sweety

At 6:15 AM..
The room

Sound asleep still after being transferred to the pediatric ward.

Over here, they have provided a comfortable leather chair (kerusi malas) or you can request for an extra bed for the parent.
But since Ellie's bed is big enough, so I don't need any extra bed.
How about GH? Just an old baby coat and a cheap-plastic chair for the parent to stay overnight to look after the sick child. Plus with the treatment received, 0 out of 100 points.

At 10:30 PM
They have the reading and play room for the children to ease their monotonous days and nights at the ward while waiting to be discharged.
This photo is not really clear. Her face was a bit swollen due to water retention. :(

She do not have any problem to take her medication herself. But after lotsa medication given, she can't take it anymore.
So I have to seek for the nurses assistance to give the prescriptions to baby Ellie.
(And the nurses are pretty too :)

Saturday, 7-7-'12, At 9:00 AM..
Right: Sulked
Below: Refused still
Left: Berjaya! Alhamdulillah...Thank you nurse.

And today is our second day at the hospital and currently she is sleeping.
She's still having her yoyo fever.

At 10:30 AM..

Get well soon sayang.

Ibu will be right here with you :)

XOXO

30 goals on my 30th birthday?

Gasp for air - So here we go with the list of goals

1)Saving

I do hope I can seriously boost up on my current savings. As I’ve mentioned zillion times, as a breadwinner, I really need to stand alone and need to drag no one on this matter
At the moment Alhamdulillah as I have put aside some amount to a different banks for both me and Ellie. Not a big amount but at least something.
At least when I’m no longer here, my Ellie doesn’t need to beg here and there for funds.
Ibu will try my very best to make your life comfy now and then.

2) Debts clearance

Everyone have debts here and there. Especially to the banks. At the moment Ahlamdulillah I do not have any problem on the payment to the banks and also to those that I owe.
In progress and won’t stop and hopefully I can multiply the amount so that I can finish faster before Ellie start schooling. Amin.

3) Decorate
Since I live with my parents and I foresee that no hope for me to move out for buying or rent a house, thus I have decided to do some decoration at the upper stair of the mansion.
I know money is only matters right now, that is why I am trying my very best to organize in every means of the cash flow. Every single cents are counted.
Did some survey on those nice things for small space.
So what should I to buy first? Wallpapers? Nice fur carpets? Fancy curtain? Ai Ai~Can’t wait to get started :D

4) Weight Loss

Heee… Bo0 – h0o to me for this case.
Promised to myself to get my best shape before my Baby Ellie turns 1 year old. Now she is 3 and I got another 10kgs to go. ~ Teeeetttt! Failed
Promised to my BFF, we need to nail down our kgs before reach our 30s. Now we are in our 30s and still got extra baggage having here and there. ~ Teeeetttt! Failed again!
So one more time, I set a goal that I should loss weight before I turn 31 years old! Fair enough as I have big ample time for me to work out.

5) Grumpy no more
I admit that SOMETIMES I easily get berserk of tiny miny matter.
Guess it was inherit from You-Know-Who (hehe). So I need to tone down the temper.
Keyword : Stay upbeat at all times

6) Ibu of the year

As a working mummy, and also a business woman, I really need to organize every single thing in my life. I need to sacrifice so many things in order to have more time spent with my one and only, Baby Ellie. There’s a step up as every day after work, after pick up Ellie from nursery, I will bring her to the playground etc. At night, we will watch cartoons, read books, mengaji& solat, playing puzzle, eating and everything together. Now we are much more knot to each other and I’m loving it so much.

7) Pious to God

I’m no perfect. Still trying my very best to be a pious person. Not hard enough of trying, need to do harder.Since Ellie just have me (aside the family), I need to assimilate as much ilmu as I can so I can guide Ellie to be an excellent Muslim.
Bismillah and Amin to both of us.

8) Expand the Business

As many knows, I am doing my small bakery business. I need to seriously expand my business which I planned to register, advertise more.
My aim is, hopefully ( amin) I have my own bakery in the future hopefully before Ellie start schooling as I need to have more time with her.

9) Teach her right

Since Baby Ellie is no longer a baby and I noticed that she is more matured, very observing, fast pickup and not easily  to forget things (especially those I promised :p).. Some small kids, can be twist by adults, but no for Ellie.
She can count and identify 1 to 20 before her age turned 3, she knows how to sing and recognize ABC’s way earlier and even can write down with her cluttered handwriting, She knows Alif, ba ta, she knows what is square-what is circle-what is rectangular and many other good things.
So I need to have more readings on how to be a home teacher.
Who says easy to be a mother?

10) Employee of the year

Some says work with the yellows are more blunt. I used to say that too. UNTRUE!
I need to work harder than before in order to shine. Survivor!

I've planned to have 30 goals jotted down in this post but I guess I ran out of ideas.
I shall continue  in the forthcoming (not that soon) post! :D

Small Note: Some of the photos are from Mr. Google.

3 is my lucky number for year 2012

Why oh Why?

Many good things happened.
What was that?

"I am 30 years old on 30th of June while my baby Ellie is 3 years old and I am officially a single mum for 3 years on 30th ofJune too."

Make sense huh?

As in our little family, we have 3 persons (see!told ya..number 3 again),who were celebrating their birthday too, hence the cake is not only for me but for all of us.

Note: The quality of this photo is not so impressive as I'm using my camera phone :p

Yes, I've baked myself. :D
Marble Choc Cheese Cake with extra cheese and ganache frosting.

Got many picas, us blowing those candles but too bad as can't be uploaded as none of us are wearing Hijab.

After the cut cake ceremony, it's time for BFF gathering!
We went to a nice restaurant with mouth watering refreshment in the Island.
Thank you dear buddies for the birthday treat!
Again, do not have any picas as all of us were too busy with the foods. :D

After the celebration, we did some shopping at QB and went home a bit late that night.

So for closing..

I Went to the bank on 1st July which the next day of my birthday and guess what?
